• How Much Is the Rent? Rent is dependent upon unit size and location. Please inquire for individual pricing

• How Do I Pay Rent?  We accept money order or RentRedi app (set up once you are an established tenant)

• How Much Is the Security Deposit? Security deposit is the same as your monthly rent

• Do You Have a Pet Policy? NO DOGS. Cats and other animals (within reason) are allowed

• What's the Application Process? You can apply here on the website

• Are There Any Income or Credit Requirements? Income will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

• Will My Rent Ever Increase? Rent may be increased after the first year due to inflation, property taxes, insurance, etc. It may be reasonably raised thereafter

• Is There an Application Fee? We do not charge an application fee

• Is Renters Insurance Required? Renters insurance IS required

• What Appliances Are Included? We supply your refrigerator and stove

• How Do I File Maintenance Requests? There is a maintenance list in the hallway of the building. Please refer to that when sending maintenance requests.

• What Maintenance Repairs Are Covered in Lease Agreements? Landlord covers all repairs but depending upon whether it falls under a landlord repair or tenant damage, chargers may incur

• What's the Guest Policy? Guests are allowed but please be mindful that you live amongst others. Guests are not to occupy the residence for longer than 2 weeks

• Is There Apartment Security? Each building is secured entry with cameras in common areas

• What Changes Can I Make to My Apartment? Please inquire with your landlords directly on any changes made to the apartment. Any changes made without previous authorization will be charged accordingly
